PRIVACY NOTICE AND HANDLING OF PERSONAL DATA
Banco de México Trustee in the Trust related to the Diego Rivera and Frida Kahlo Museums, hereinafter the "Trustee" through the Direction of the Frida Kahlo Museum, domiciled at Museo Frida Kahlo, located at 247 Londres Street, Colonia Del Carmen Coyoacán, Delegación Coyoacán, C.P. 04100, in Mexico, Distrito Federal.
In compliance with the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, in Article 15, below we disclose our privacy policy and handling of personal data.
1.Personal Information Requested
.The "Trustee" through the Administration of the Frida Kahlo Museum guarantees that the personal information of users who enter this site will be kept confidential.
The personal data requested from users at the time of registration are: name and surname, e-mail, country and gender. The aforementioned information will be used for the purpose of making the sale of tickets to the user, surveys, market research, evaluations of the services provided, promote our activities and events, as well as send messages that are considered of interest.
2. Handling of Personal Data
.The "Trustee" through the Frida Kahlo Museum Administration establishes and maintains administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect personal data against: damage, loss, alteration, destruction or unauthorized use, access or treatment. Likewise, it employs SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption, with the purpose of protecting the confidentiality of the personal information provided by the holders of personal data, which allows encrypting, encoding and preventing intrusion to the information provided through the Internet, including that related to credit cards and e-mail addresses.
The "Trustee" through the Frida Kahlo Museum Administration will not transfer personal data to third parties, however the information shared by the holder of the personal data, through online applications, either from the Frida Kahlo Museum or third parties such as forums, blogs or social networks, is visible to other users, who can read it, collect it or use it, so it is the responsibility of the holder of the personal data itself.
3. Rights
Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, at any time the holder of the personal data may exercise the following rights:
Access: The holder of the personal data, or his legal representative, may request at any time, through any means to the "Trustee" through the Administration of the Frida Kahlo Museum to make available to him, his personal data, as well as to be made aware of the use given to the referred data.
Rectification: The holder of the personal data, or his/her legal representative, may request the "Trustee" through the Administration of the Frida Kahlo Museum at any time that his/her data be corrected or modified, in case they are incorrect or inaccurate.
Cancellation: The holder of the personal data, or his legal representative, may request the "Trustee" through the Administration of the Frida Kahlo Museum to cancel or delete his personal data, when he considers that they are not being used or treated in accordance with the obligations and duties that the "Trustee" itself has.
Opposition: The holder of the personal data, or his legal representative, at any time and for legitimate cause has the right to oppose the processing of his data.

4. Modifications to the privacy notice
.The "Trustee" through the Administration of the Frida Kahlo Museum reserves the right to modify and/or update at any time this privacy notice, which will be made known through this website or by means of a notice to the e-mail address provided by the owner of the data.
Terms of Use
.- All sales made through the system are final, the following are not accepted or made: purchase cancellations, exchanges, returns and/or refunds, except in cases in which due to Banco de México's own issues, in its capacity as Trustee in the Trust relating to the Diego Rivera "Anahuacalli" and Frida Kahlo Museums the schedules are postponed or canceled.
- The "Fiduciary" does not send tickets at home, so the client must print his tickets, in order to have access to the referred Museum, as well as to attend in the schedule that corresponds to him.
- Mutilated, damaged, altered and/or duplicated tickets will not be accepted. Access to the event will be controlled by electronic devices of authenticity and verification, in case of misuse and duplication, the first person to be presented at the event will be the one allowed to enter, invalidating the copies of the ticket presented.
- The customer must have the credit card used for the purchase of their tickets with them, as well as an official ID for any clarification.
- In the event that a schedule is cancelled or postponed, the "Trustee" through the Frida Kahlo Museum Administration will take all the actions it deems pertinent in order to contact via e-mail each client and inform the new schedules or notify the process of reimbursement of their tickets.
- The "Trustee" will not be responsible in any case for any costs or damages that may be caused to customers due to postponed or cancelled schedules.
- All customers who purchase at the Frida Kahlo Museum are aware of the limitations set forth in these Terms of Use, which they acknowledge and accept, and therefore may not file any claim or action against the "Trustee", its representatives or the staff of the Frida Kahlo Museum for any error that may occur during the processing of your purchase in our ticket sales service.
